We do not share your private information with any outside organization except to facilitate the processing and delivery of an order that you placed with us.  Our site's registration form asks you to give us contact information, including your billing address, shipping address, credit card information, and email address. We use the information provided to facilitate the current and any subsequent orders.  We employ other companies and individuals to occasionally perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders (drop shipments, magazine subscriptions) delivering packages (i.e. UPS, FedEx, and USPS), and processing credit card payments. Once we use Paypal services to process payments, we do not collect credit card data.

Exchanges & Returns
Our Return policy
If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please notify RadiohausAmerica within 10 days of receipt. You can do this by sending e-mail to service@radiohausamerica.com.

Wait for our authorization and information of how to proceed to return your product to our warehouse.

ATTENTION: If you are resident in Brazil, to facilitate the procedures of exchange and return we can accept that the goods are sent to the Radiohaus address in Indaiatuba, SP, Brazil. This condition will only be accepted if the purchased product arrived with damage caused by transport (only when sent by us directly from the US to Brazil by FedEx, UPS or USPS) or manufacturing defect. This condition does not apply if the product has been delivered in an address in the United States (friends house, hotels, etc.).

General Return Policy: 

  • Items must be in new condition.
  • Item must be returned within ten (10) days after your notification.
  • All returns must be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes, and manufacturer packing materials.
  • Returns must have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation that was originally provided by the manufacturer. 
  • Items Damaged in Transit: All damage claims must be reported to us within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.  Please save all of the shipping boxes if the item(s) were damaged in shipping.  The shipping companies (UPS/FedEx) will come out to inspect the merchandise and the boxes in which they were shipped.
  • Please call or email our customer service department for any Damaged / Defective items and we will work to make sure the problem is promptly resolved.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Items returned that are not in the original manufacturer packaging are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  • Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
  • All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

ATTENTION: If you are resident in Brazil, the guarantee offered by RadiohausAmerica for products purchased through our site in the United States and that have been sent to your address in the United States or Brazil, may be required in Brazil. RadiohausAmerica guarantee the product against manufacturing defects in Brazil, as terms and conditions detailed below.


General conditions:

All products sold by RadiohausAmerica are provided with guarantees that the count from the date of shipment of the product, as detailed below:

  • New equipment, transceivers and receivers Icom: 3 years
  • New equipment, transceivers and receivers of other brands: 2 years
  • New equipment as antenna tuners, antennas, batteries, chargers, power supplies and other accessories for all brands: 2 years
  • Rechargeable batteries (even if supplied with the equipment) is guaranteed for 6 months.

The obligation of RadiohausAmerica is restricted to manufacturing defects duly observed by our technical. The guarantee will lose its effect if it is found that the equipment was used in violation of the instruction manual or outside of the required technical standards. In the case of rechargeable batteries, the guarantee only applies as long as we find that they were loaded in original charger and respecting load times specified by the manufacturers.

In the case of transceivers, receivers and other devices that have a serial number, you will receive a certificate of guarantee in Radiohaus letterhead which will include your name and the serial number of equipmento. If you need any repair or servicing, read, fill out and print the Technical Support Form. Securely pack the product (preferably in its original packaging) and send to our address in Brazil or USA.
